There is no better view, when driving into Prescott, than gorgeous Granite Mountain greeting you in the distance.  Our clients scored when they came across this equestrian property.  Enough room for their dream home and ample space for the horses, everyone got their own little private oasis and the home was designed to take advantage of the view from almost every room. With pets running around, practicality and durability drove the decision for the wood look porcelain floor. The chevron detail at the foyer adds a nice touch to the traditional pattern. Tongue and groove ceilings were brought seamlessly from the outside-in to complement the tall ceilings.  Custom wood details are found throughout the home, at the island counter, the foyer bench, and wainscoting, these small details bring the perfect amount of warmth to every space.  Outside, a normal barn was enhanced with a timber patio to tie together with the architecture of the main home and an equipment garage was clad in wood siding.  Natural landscape and walking paths were strategically placed throughout the property creating a seamless flow and providing a true "custom" product from start to finish.
