When purchased, this bungalow was a 1970's all- original.  We endeavored a full-home makeover, keeping the awesome locally-sourced stone on the exterior (but letting go of the green shag carpet!) and opening it up.  To create extra space, the kitchen was expanded, and an upstairs game-room, viewing deck and 3- car garage were added.  We perfected the outdoor living space with a cathedral-style covered outdoor patio.  Aside from the major structural and cosmetic changes, Craftsman influences such as beadboard  and coffered ceilings and hand-crafted backsplash tiles were added throughout.  The Renovated Craftsman was the perfect opportunity to take a diamond in the rough and turn it into a home that will be lived in and loved for many more years to come.
